Look at the timing pull values vs overall timing. In some cases if timing pull is present you can start adding the fuel bias at those rpm in values of 5.

The only way to do that is with the tune programmed into the ecu. There isnt enough adjustment in the handheld tuner to be able to adjust it as much as you need. You will need a professional tuner with the proper software to adjust it for you. There are several recommendable tuners available all over, and many of them offer tunes through email.

The adjusting screw holds tension from a spring so if you loosen the locking screw without holding the adjusting screw it will unwind like a window blind and you'll have to start over again from zero tension (which is another story). 4) loosen the adjusting screw no more than 1/4 of a turn and preferably 1/8 at a time and tighten the locking screw. Do a WOT pass on the car. Observe AFR. Adjust BOTH high and low slope until actual AFRs resemble the target AFRs you have set up in your tune. Repeat #6 until the car is as close as possible to what you are commanding. Let the car idle. Turn off closed loop if necessary. Observe AFRs. For example, on the '08 Corvette Z06 with an E38 ECU, this table offers minimum airflow control for each gear as well as Park and Neutral and for engine speeds from 250 RPM through 8,000 RPM. Most E38 and E67 calibration files are similar this way. Since we're tuning for idle only, don't worry about anything above 1,200 RPM for now.

It's mounted on the arm attached to the vertical "tower shaft". The tower shaft rotates as you move the throttle back and forth. Screw it in to increase the idle speed.
